Ashley is dedicated to trades education and wants to see all students graduate with employable skills.

Through her work at HCCA, she has a strong partnership with the Virginia Community College System through the creation of a Heavy Equipment Operator program, taught on simulators.

Focused on the students in Manassas City Public Schools, Ashley serves on the Perkins Grant Committee for Osbourn High School.

Business Advocate

Ashley works with businesses in the construction industry to learn their needs, challenges, and what makes them successful. As a member of City Council, Ashley will strive to connect with each business in the City of Manassas and learn how they can best be served.
